As an ACE certified group fitness instructor of 20-plus years, my goal is to make fitness “fun”ctional. From Silver Sneakers and indoor cycling to bootcamp, step and total conditioning, I strive to make each class unique while creating a welcoming environment that is packed with options to make those of all fitness levels and abilities feel motivated and successful. Teaching fitness classes and building relationships with my participants to help the improve their overall health and wellness is truly my passion, and I hope to see you soon!

I represent the Connersville EFC location as a Personal Trainer, Member Representative, and Managerial Assistance. I graduated from Indiana University in 2024 with a Bachelor's Degree of Human Health Sciences and Entrepreneurship. I am an ACE Fitness certified personal trainer and NASM certified nutrition coach. I have been working with clients now for 3 years and look forward to working with many more!
